Pepper Steak Pie
We got quite a lot beef from my mom. Got tired of making boiled beef or beef curry. So I decided to make pie.
Ingredient

1 hour 30 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dust beef with season flour and fry till brown. Remove beef from pan and add onion, cook till soft.
* Step 2
Add garlic followed by thyme, rosemary, chilli flakes and return the beef and mix well. Fry for 5 minutes. Add tomato purée and stock
* Step 3
Add pepper stir well and simmer for an hour. After 30 minutes preheat oven to 230 degrees and roll out the pastry. Place on prepared flan pan. Add cooked beef and cover with other pastry. Brush with egg wash and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
