Blue Cheese Bacon Potato Salad

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes and eggs. Fry bacon. Once cool peel and chop eggs and potatoes. Cool bacon and cut into small pieces.
* Step 2
In separate bowl mix, mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, spring onions and mix. Add chopped bacon and fold on.
* Step 3
Add potatoes and eggs into dressing and fold. Season with salt and pepper and place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour
