I got this recipe of @TheJosephABell on TikTok. I was blown away, I had to try it out and I’m very happy.

Ingredient

paprika

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 220. Toss with some olive oil and bake for 30 minutes, turning them over half way. Once done. Mix the veggies and season them with paprika, salt and pepper as bake for 20 minutes, flipping over ever 8 minutes.

* Step 2

Once cooked, add the sweet potato. I added half. Mix with the quinoa and enjoy 🤩.
