I first had this glorious bread in Monaco. I made some beef curry so the focaccia could only be simple.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a separate bowl mix water, yeast and honey. Pour yeast mixture into flour and add olive oil and mix.

* Step 2

Once dough has formed transfer to floured surface and knead 20 times not more. Please dough in a greased bowl. Cover with cling wrap or tea towel and place in warm place for an hour. 45 minutes later, preheat oven to 230 degrees Celsius.

* Step 3

After it has risen triple in size. Grease skillet with olive oil. Place dough and press down. Use your fingers to poke holes into bread. Generously pour olive oil followed by cracked salt and bake for. 20minutes till golden. Serve.
