Thai Red Curry w / Ribeye Steak
Beautiful Thai flavours with a Thai inspired ribeye steak, served with jasmine rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate your steak in the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic and chilli paste in the fridge for an hour
* Step 2
Blitz together lemongrass, tomato purée, roasted pepper, coriander, red chilli, garlic and ginger until a smooth paste
* Step 3
Fry your paste for two minutes with chilli and garlic paste on a medium heat, add coconut milk and leave to simmer for 30 minutes
* Step 4
Boil your jasmine rice. 1 cup and two cups of water. Cook the rice until the water evaporates
* Step 5
Fry your steak, two minutes each side for medium rare depending on the size of your steak, then leave to rest
* Step 6
Add fish sauce, brown sugar and kaffir lime leaves to your curry and leave for another 5 minutes.
* Step 7
Serve everything with your choice of garnish
