Dry Roasted Fussili in sautéed vegetables

My mother is a hair-dresser and got this side-dish and it’s recipe from Germany. #mycookbook

Ingredient

2 cloves

garlic

1 cup

peas

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fine chop the onions, carrots and mince the garlic. Sauté all the vegetables including the beans & peas....

* Step 2

In a hot pan dry roast the fusilli before the actual cooking. Then cook the pasta until it’s soft.

* Step 3

Just stir the sautéd vegetables into the cooked pasta.

* Step 4
