The Ultimate Cream of Asparagus & Potato
Added some Red Paprika & Garlic Meat Balls
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dicing & Peeling both of Onion and the Potato.
* Step 2
Chop all the asparagus as well.
* Step 3
Melt some butter in medium deep pan adding the onion. As soon as the onion soften, add the potato & asparagus and cook them little further more. Pour the vegetable stock into the pan, stir well and with the lid on, cook them until the vegetables are nice ‘n soft
* Step 4
After all cooked nice’n soft, just grab a hand blender, blending till we got a cream texture. Next step add the fresh double cream & grated Parmesan! We’re done... Bon Apetite!!!😀
