Salmon with Sweet Chilli Sauce

This is a super easy mid-week dish. I managed to cook this within 20 minutes. I use Thai Rice Berry which is packed full of nutritional value. Serve with your favourite vegetable for extra goodness. #eattherainbow #oxfordstudentrecipe

Ingredient

Food ration :

1-2 servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes
240 gram

Salmon fillets

3 tablespoon

Sweet chilli sauce

1 tablespoon

Rapeseed oil

1 teaspoon

Fish sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the oven at 200 Celsius.

* Step 2

Mix the sweet chilli sauce with fish sauce in a small bowl.

* Step 3

Heat the oil in the nonstick frying pan.

* Step 4

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Fry-skin side first. Cook about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the fillets on the baking tray.

* Step 5

Pour the sweet chilli sauce mixture on the salmon fillets and bake until the salmon cooked. Usually, it should take approx 10 minutes.

* Step 6

Serve with Thai Jasmine Rice and vegetable of your choice
