Beef Stir Fry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil some water and use: (1) to start the rice boiling in a saucepan; and (2) to pour over the broccoli (if using) in a cup to defrost. The rice will need to boil for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Slice the steak into thin strips. Spray the beef with Spray2Cook and sprinkle with the chili flakes ensuring they stick to the Spray2Cook.
* Step 3
Put a wok on high heat. When spraying the wok with a little Spray2Cook produces a vigorous sizzle add the beef. Stir-fry until brown all over.
* Step 4
Add the shallot/onion and the snow peas or the broccoli (drained and broken into florets), spray well with Spray2Cook and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the oyster sauce and stir-fry for a further 1 minute. Serve the stir-fried beef and vegetables on the rice.
