Bell pepper mushroom and chorizo linguine with tomato sauce

chorizo

120 g

mushrooms

1 carton

tomato passata

1 tsp

sugar

50 ml

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook linguine

* Step 2

Cut pepper into thin strips. Peel and grate garlic.

* Step 3

Heat oil in frying pan on medium high heat. Once hot add in chorizo slice paper and mushrooms. Fry until golden (5 mins). Add garlic and cook.

* Step 4

Stir in passata veg stock paste, sun dried tomato paste sugar and water.

* Step 5

Cook until thicker, add pasta, and toss to coat. Stir in half the cheese until melted.

* Step 6

Serve
