Veggie peanut noodle stir fry with green beans

Hello fresh - note if want meat cook normal as before then follow below

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring water to boil with half tsp of salt for noodles. Halve any thick broccoli steams lengthways then cut widthways into thirds. Trim green beans then cut into thirds. Peel and grate the garlic. Halve the lime.

* Step 2

When water boiling add noodles green beans and broccoli to the water. Coon under tender 4 mins. Once cook drain in a sieve and run under cold water to stop noodles sticking together.

* Step 3

Pour boiling water into separate bowl (see items for ampunt) add ketjap manis soy sauce peanut butter and sugar.

* Step 4

Heat oil into frying pan and once hot add coleslaw mix. Stir in red thai style paste and garlic. Cook sitting for 1 min more.

* Step 5

Add peanut sauce to pan and stir well until combined. Stir through the cooked noodles green beans broccoli to coat.

* Step 6

Once thicken remove from heat. Add good squeeze of lime juice and a splash of water if needed

* Step 7

Serve with crushed peanuts on top and squeeze over little lime.
