One pot Mexican style beef and rice with cheesy topping

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate garlic, drain and rinse kidney beans. Roughly chop the coriander
* Step 2
Cook beef stir in garlic and Mexican spice cook until fragrant
* Step 3
Lower heat and stir in tomato puree basmati rice kidneys beans and water for rice. Stir in red wine jus paste until dissolved.bring to boil then cover the plan with lid.
* Step 4
Simmer for 15 mins and leave to side for 10 mins and leave lid on.
* Step 5
Preheat grill to high. Once rice is cooked removed the lid and sprinkle on coriander and cheese. Grill until golden.
