leeks

1 tbsp

mixed herbs

600 ml

milk

300 ml

beef stock

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place onions potatoes and leeks in a large bowl and cook for 13 misn stiring half way

* Step 2

Stir in herbs milk n salt Cook for 4 mins stiring halfway

* Step 3

Stir in beef stock salt Pepper and puree. Serve in bowls & chopped chives
