Couscous with roasted veggies

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and chop veggies to bite-size pieces. Place veggies on a baking sheet, add salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil and mix well.
* Step 2
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until soft, flip halfway through.
* Step 3
Meanwhile prepare couscous by adding 1 cup of couscous into a bowl with 1,5 cup boiling water and a pinch of salt. Mix and cover. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Serve together and enjoy 😋
