Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop onion, garlic, bell peppers and tomato. In a wok or deep pan, cook onion until translucent, then add remaining veggies and rinsed chickpeas and beans. Meanwhile cook rice (or use leftover rice).
* Step 2
Add some water, salt and pepper and cook until soft. Then add corn, ketchup, chilli sauce (or sriracha) and some sugar if needed. Mix well and cook for another few minutes. Serve with rice. Enjoy your meal 😋
