Pasta primavera

#vegetarian #vegan You can use any veggies you like. Mayo is optional, we used vegan mayo and it tasted creamier and delicious.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop all vegetables to 2-3 cm pieces. Add them on a baking sheet, add seasoning, olive oil and mix well. Bake in the oven until soft, with occasional flipping. While baking, cook the pasta according to instructions on the package.

* Step 2

Once cooked, mix baked veggies with pasta. Add mayo, mix and serve. Enjoy 😋

Here is version with lettuce (uncooked), but it didn't taste as good as the classic version.
