Wild garlic fettuccine
We just found out that my fiancée doesn’t like wild garlic pesto cause it “smells like freshly cut grass and she doesn’t want to eat grass” so she used it into the dough (instead of classic version pasta with pesto on top) and made pasta out of it. She really likes it that way and we hope you will like it too 🙂

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour, pesto, eggs and a few drops of water. If needed, add more water or flour. Make a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. Then roll it into approx 3 mm thickness and with a knife, cut it into strips approx 1 cm width or use pasta machine and make fettuccine with it. Cook in salted water and serve with favourite sauce (we used cheese one). Enjoy your meal 😋
