Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare ingredients. In a deep plate marinate tofu with soy sauce for about 20 minutes.
* Step 2
Rinse the rice until the water remains clear. Cook it with a little of oil until glassy, then add water. Add salt, stir it and cover it. You can stir it until the start of boiling. When the water starts boiling, turn off the heat and wait for 15-20 minutes. Don’t uncover the pot and don’t stir at this point.
* Step 3
Cook chopped zucchini with butter, salt and pepper.
* Step 4
Chop marinated tofu to cubes and cook it from every side until golden brown.
* Step 5
Break eggs into a cup, add salt and pepper and cook it with frozen peas. When the peas and eggs are cooked, add tofu and zucchini and cook everything together for a few minutes.
* Step 6
At the photos cooked rice and our vegetarian mix.
* Step 7
Serve vegetarian mix with rice. Enjoy your meal 😋
