Banana Pecan Granola

Banana Pecan Granola

One of my all time FAVORITES because of its versatility and health benefits. Can be put on top of yogurt, ice cream, smoothies, oatmeal, or simply eaten all on its own!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-4 (people)

Cooking time :

30 min total
2 1/2 cups

rolled oats

3 teaspoons

flaxseed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In large bowl, combine oats, crushed pecans and almonds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, and chocolate chips. Mix together

* Step 2

Pour in mashed banana and mix in till everything is evenly coated.

* Step 3

Using parchment paper, line two baking sheets and spread granola out evenly.

* Step 4

Set the oven to 350° F and let bake for 10 to 15 minutes (I would go closer to 15 if your want a crunchier granola)

* Step 5

After baking, let cool for 10 minutes then store in air tight container in fridge or room temp.
