Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the eggplant into flat slices and fry in oil
* Step 2
In a separate bowl mix cut apples, cinnamon, sugar, cut nuts (optional but makes better)
* Step 3
With a spoon take the apple mass and add to the eggplant slices then scroll.
* Step 4
You can decorate by adding mayonnaise to each roll.
