Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Onion chopped fine, ground beef, garlic salt pepper, cumin,coriander in a fry pan till almost done .remove from heat.

* Step 2

Chop cilantro, and thin shave bell peppers chop fine black olives.

* Step 3

Get sauce into the pan as it heats up add the molasses

* Step 4

Dip the tortillas into the sauce 1 by 1 stacking them till ready to use.

* Step 5

Take each individual tortilla add a bit of ground beef,black olives, and Jack cheese roll up. Till pan is filled.

* Step 6

Pour remaining sauce on top of enchilada then add leftover olives and shaved red bell pepper cook at 300 for 22 min.
