Honey Cake

An easy to make cake. It is very sweet and and has a spongy texture. Enjoy it with coffee.

Ingredient

150 g

sugar

honey

1 tablespoon

white rhum

1 teaspoon

baking powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat the butter until it is creamy and add the sugar.

* Step 2

Add the honey, rhum, salt, baking powder, flour and eggs, mixing well after each ingredient.

* Step 3

Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin and put in the oven on 150 degrees for 45 min
