No sugar, packed with lycopene, very high in vitamin A. A super healthy version of Catsup.

Ingredient

1000 ml

tomato puree

500 gr

carrots

1 tbs

salt

1/4 tbs

clover power

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the carrots with steam, then put them in the blender with all the powders and vinegar.

* Step 2

Cook the mix with the tomato puree for about ten minutes.

* Step 3
