* Step 1

Break matzah into pieces and place in a bowl.

Add just enough water to Cover the matzah and soak until water is absorbed

* Step 3

Drain as much water as possible from the matzoh.

* Step 4

Add eggs and egg substitute. Mash it all together.

* Step 5

Fry in greased skillet until eggs are well cooked
