Ingredient

1 1/2 pounds

chicken cutlets

2 tablespoons

olive oil

1 tablespoon

dijon mustard

1 tablespoon

garlic

1 teaspoon

onion powder

1 teaspoon

black pepper

1/2 teaspoon

crushed red pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all ingredients (except chicken) well into marinade

* Step 2

Put chicken and marinade in a ziploc bag

* Step 3

Refrigerate for at least 8 hours

* Step 4

Cook in air fryer for 12 minutes at 350 degrees, turning after 6 minutes
