Lemon Dijon Potato Salad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cooked potatoes 10 minutes or until tender. Drain

* Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk vinegar, oil, mustard, lemon peel, salt & pepper.

* Step 3

Stir potatoes into bowl, cool

* Step 4

In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients, stir into potatoes. Cover & refrigerate.
