Bulgur With Meat

vermicelli

bulgur

2 tablespoons

vegetable oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the meat in water for around 40 minutes, then take out the meat and save the broth. Make sure to add enough water to get 4 cups of broth at the end.

* Step 2

Fry the vermicells in the vegetable oil until they turn golden brown.

* Step 3

Add in the bulgur,and fry for a few minutes then add the 4 cups of meat broth and the meat cubes. Keep over heat until bulgur is cooked.
