Shopska Salad

A traditional Bulgarian appetizer, often eaten alongside a traditional aperitif, Rakia (I recommend anything homemade with grape, or commercially made: Kexaubap *anglicized Cyrillic* )

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop vegetables into large, bite size pieces.

* Step 2

Mix together with shredded white feta cheese.

* Step 3

Add natural black olives on top.
