Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, combine the almond meal, thyme, pepper, and sage

* Step 2

Spread musterd on both sides of pork chops then coat with dry mix

* Step 3

In a skillit, cook pork chops in oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and juices run clear
