Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to broil setting. In a medium size bowl, whisk eggs, pepper, and salt.

* Step 2

Place 12" oven-safe sauté pan over medium high heat. Add olive oil.

* Step 3

Add asparagus and Canadian bacon. Sauté about 4 minutes. Pour egg mixture into pan and stir.

* Step 4

Cook 4 to 5 mins or until the egg mixture has set in the bottoms and begins to set on top. Sprinkle with parsley.

* Step 5

Place pan in the oven and broil for 3 to 4 minutes, until lightly browned and fluffy.
