From personal connection, a tasty, delicious salad and quickly made in mins.Course: side dish, Cuisine: Goan ( indian), diet: non vegetarian, nutrition value: omega -3, fatty acids, vitamins A,C, K, folate, potassium.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate fish with salt πŸ§‚ and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and keep aside for 10 mins, heat oil 🌻 in a flat skillet, place the 🐟 fish and cook on either side for 10 min or golden brown

* Step 2

Remove the fish 🐟from oil and transfer fish pieces 🐟 to kitchen napkin, let it cool down completely, start removing flesh from the bone, place it in a bowl separately

* Step 3

Chop onion πŸ§…, tomato πŸ…, green chillies, coriander leaves 🌿/ parsley, lettuce leaves 🌱 and grated carrot πŸ₯•in a bowl πŸ₯£ mix gently, add fried shredded fish 🐟and mix well, add chilli vinegar, lemon juice πŸ‹, salt πŸ§‚ and mix well

* Step 4

Serve with goan prawns curry🦐, steamed rice 🍚
