Spicy stuffed crab Biryani πŸ¦€

If you are a seafood lover this is one recipe you must definitely try it, a unique recipe to surprise your family and friends. Course: main course, Cuisine: indian, diet: non vegetarian, crab meat is gluten free, nutrition value: vitamins B12, omega 3 fatty acids, selenium.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee with sunflower oil or coconut oil with sunflower oil 🌻, add whole spices (cumin seeds, bay leaves πŸ‚, black peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, star anise and fennel seeds) cook till 1 min, add chopped onions πŸ§… cook till lightly brown, add Ginger garlic paste πŸ§„πŸ«š, stir for 1min, add chopped tomatoes πŸ… and mix well

* Step 2

Add salt πŸ§‚ cook till tomatoes πŸ… are soft, add spices, green chillies paste, paprika powder/ kashmiri chilli powder 🌢️, coriander cumin powder and mix well, cook till oil comes out, add tomato paste πŸ…, 1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves 🌿 and mix well, add plain yogurt cook for 3 mins, then add tandoori food colour and mix well

* Step 3

Add 1/2 cup water πŸ’¦ for gravy, let it boil for 5 mins, add stuffed crabsπŸ¦€ in gently and let it boil, don't use spoon πŸ₯„, just gently shake it, cook for 5-6 mins, remove stuffed crabs out πŸ¦€(if you don't remove crabs πŸ¦€ out at right time, they will break, by over cooking them), add basmati rice 🍚 and mix well, add water πŸ’¦, garam masala powder and mix well, let it boil

* Step 4

When rice is cooked, very little water πŸ’¦ is left, add red, yellow and green capsicum πŸ«‘ in and mix, add again stuffed crabs πŸ¦€ in, cover and cook till done, serve hot, garnish with finely chopped Coriander leaves 🌿
