This south Indian chutney is delicious and easy, quick to prepare.a vegan peanut chutney is protein packed boost the nutrition of your everyday use of peanut, in different recipe. you can serve peanut chutney with 'pakoras', Dosa, vada, idli and paratha,Enjoy. Cuisine: indian ( south India), course: side dish, snack. Diet : vegan, vegetarian. Nutrients value: vitamin A, E, folate, calcium, zinc, iron.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a small mixer and add roasted peanuts πŸ₯œ, chopped garlic πŸ§„, chopped green chillies, chopped onions πŸ§…, chopped ginger, dessicated coconut πŸ₯₯, water πŸ’¦, plain yogurt,saltπŸ§‚, coriander & cumin powder, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️ grind all together we'll, till smooth. Remove in a bowl πŸ₯£ and keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat oil and add mustard seeds, when start to crackle, add curry leaves 🌿, finely chopped green chillies, mix well for a sec and pour on top of peanut chutney πŸ₯œ and garnish with finely chopped parsley 🌱, a pinch of kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️ and serve.
