Bok choy sabzi

A simple 'sabzi' to be served as a side dish, with Indian flat bread, etc.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash well bok choy, pat dry them on kitchen towel, chopped, keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat oil, add cumin seeds, when start to crackle, add finely chopped garlic๐Ÿง„, saute for a min, add finely chopped ginger, green chillies and saute.

* Step 3

Add finely chopped onion ๐Ÿง…, saute for 1 min, add kashmiri red chillies powder ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ and add chopped bok choy mix well, add sugar, white vinegar, soy sauce,coriander & cumin powder, mix well.

* Step 4

Add salt๐Ÿง‚mix well, cook for 2-3 mins, remove from flame and transfer to a serving dish and garnish with finely chopped spring onion (green part) and white sesame seeds. Serve
