Spinach fritters (palak pakoras) πŸ₯¬πŸ§…

Spinach fritters are crisp and tasty, made with fresh spinach πŸ₯¬ leaves, gram flour, spices and herbs, these spinach fritters make for a great tea- time snack & can be served with Indian masala tea , coffee or with a chutney.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and pat dry on kitchen towel, finely chopped spinach πŸ₯¬ add in bowl, add sliced onions πŸ§…, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, mix light.

* Step 2

Add gram flour, asafoetida, red chillies powder 🌢️, fennel powder, coriander & cumin powder, white sesame seeds, saltπŸ§‚and add water little at time, don't make a ruining batter.

* Step 3

Add baking soda, mix well, heat oil in a wok, make fritters/ pakoras with a help of a πŸ₯„ spoon, cook until golden brown and serve hot.

* Step 4

Note: you can serve with coriander & mint chutney, tamarind chutney, coconut chutney πŸ₯₯ and dipping sauce: red chillies sauce🌢️, tomato sauce πŸ…,schezwan sauce or with simple ratia.spinach

* Step 5

Note: remember the spinach and onions πŸ§… will release water once they are mixed with salt and ground spices, so fry immediately.
