Pigeon peas & potatoes samosas🥕🥔

Samosas are serve as tea time snack or in break fast with different fillings, you can also make Chaat for lunch.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil, add cumin seeds when starts to crackle, add 🥔potatoes cubes, cook until half done.

* Step 2

Add pigeon peas, 🥕carrots, salt, black pepper powder, 🌶️kashmiri red chillies powder, corriander & cumin powder and mix.final add chopped corriander leaves mix, check 🥔potatoes and pigeon peas are tender, remove from flame, let it cool down.

* Step 3

Take samosa sheets and fold them to make a cone shape, fill in the stuffing and deep fry them until golden brown.

* Step 4

Serve with tomato ketchup, green chutney.
