Zucchini pickle sabzi πŸ…πŸ§…

This vegetable dish can be made ,in breakfast you can serve with Indian flat bread ( paratha),bread slice, also as sandwiches. In lunch with Indian roti, plain 🍚 rice or as a side dish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash zucchinis well and dry them, cut into round pieces.

* Step 2

Heat oil, add mustard seeds when start to crackle, add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black peppercorns mix, add chopped onions, cook till it's soft.

* Step 3

Add zucchini pieces and mix, cook on slow flame, add little water, salt, cover and cook for 3 mins, mix.

* Step 4

Uncover, add ginger paste, green chillies paste,mix cook for 1 min, add kashmiri red chillies powder, black pepper powder, corriander & cumin powder mix.cook until zucchini pieces are tender.

* Step 5

Serve hot with bread slice, Indian roti, plain 🍚 rice.
