Chicken Skewers

I leave you some chicken skewers with vegetables, seasoned with lemon juice, garlic and parsley, I hope you like it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

We gather the ingredients, mash the chopped garlic cloves together with the parsley, squeeze the half lemon, season the chicken to taste, sauté it with EVOO and reserve it.

* Step 2

We cut the cheese into cubes, grill the bacon, cut the tomato to taste and reserve everything, cook the peppers with water, EVOO and salt, when they are ready we reserve them.

* Step 3

We begin to assemble the skewers following this order; chicken, cheese, bacon, cheese, pepper, chicken, cheese and tomato, we repeat it 1 more time, mix the mashed garlic and parsley dressing, EVOO, lemon juice and water, paint each skewer with it, pass it to a oven source, we bake it 10', we plate and serve.
