Lychee Vanilla Milkshake

The other day I made Lychee Tea using a can of Lychees in Syrup. I froze some leftover Lychees. Today I blended them with Milk and Vanilla Ice Cream. WOW! WOW! WOW! It was the best milkshake that I have ever tasted.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 Serving *300ml
1/2 cup

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

You can use fresh Lychees OR canned Lychees. Today I used canned Lychees that have been frozen, but they don't need to be frozen.

* Step 2

Add Milk and Ice Cream, and blend until desired texture is achieved. *Note: I placed everything in a measuring jug and used a stick blender to blend.

* Step 3

Add some extra Lychees on top and enjoy.
