Low-Calorie Cabbage & Shirataki Soup
‘Shirataki’ is Konjac Noodles that has almost no calories. Cabbage is a popular vegetable to eat when you try to lose weight. Protein is important, so I added Boiled Egg. This soup is a healthy version of Ramen Soup, and definitely very low in calories. You can add other vegetables to make this soup more nutritious.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Chicken Stock in a saucepan, add Sesame Oil, and season with Soy Sauce, Salt and White Pepper. Add Garlic, Cabbage, Wakame and Shirataki (Konjac Noodles), and cook until Cabbage is soft. Check the flavour, and add extra seasonings only if required.
