This is my leftover heirloom recipe. I just made that up. We had those gigantic lobster tails last night for our anniversary dinner. By the way, slept like a baby. Today we had one whole tail left over so guess what? My take on a lobster tail is more is more. It doesn’t need much. As little as necessary to keep it together and tasting fresh. I hope you enjoy it! #heirloom

Chop your tails and put them in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine well. Chill and serve on toasted, buttered buns with a dash of old bay.
