Fresh, sautéed Brussel Sprouts
I’m pretty sure many of us make our Brussels much the same. Here’s mine with a little bacon and garlic. #mycookbook
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large skillet, brown the bacon on med/high heat. Add the garlic cloves, then add cleaned and cut Brussels sprouts. Add a little olive oil and a dap of butter. Add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
* Step 2
Sauté it all until it’s crisp tender. Easy peasy!
