Yakisoba

'Yakisoba' is a very similar to Chinese stir fried noodles, with vegetables and commonly pork. The dish is seasoned with ‘Yakisoba Sauce’ which tastes like Worcestershire Sauce. Yakisoba is very simple to make and can be cooked on a large hotplate, by tossing the ingredients together as they fry.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
2 Tablespoons

Oil

5-6 leaves

Cabbage

1/2-1

Carrot

1/2-1

Capsicum

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare all vegetables and pork. Cut vegetables into strips and slice Pork thinly.

* Step 2

Heat oil on a large hotplate or a large frypan. Stir fry the Pork and Vegetables and add Salt and Pepper to taste.

* Step 3

Once the Pork is cooked. add the Noodles and toss everything on the hotplate to mix it well.

* Step 4

Add the sauce, toss again and sprinkle some Aonori if you have. (I didn't have it when I took this photo.)
