Watermelon, walnut and feta salad

Ingredient

a carrot

1 Tablespoon

olive oil

1 Tablespoon

lemon juice

1 teaspoon

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop watermelon and cream make feta

* Step 2

Prepare salad ingredients and mix them together. Make dressing by combining a tablespoon of olive oil with a tablespoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of honey, half a chilli and a bit of mustard.

Combine all the ingredients and top with toasted walnuts (I do mine in the air fryer)
