Cooking instructions
* Step 2
If you are using plain Greek yogurt, then add the honey and vanilla extract, then mix well. Today, I used vanilla flavored Greek yogurt. It was already sweet enough, so I didn’t add anything to it.
* Step 3
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
* Step 4
Spread the Greek yogurt onto the parchment paper into an approximately 1/4” thick layer.
An offset spatula is helpful here.
* Step 5
Place a few dollops of jam onto a section of the yogurt and swirl it using a wooden skewer.
* Step 6
Slice the fruit thinly, and distribute it over the jam, as well as another section of the yogurt without jam.
* Step 7
Next, sprinkle the mini chocolate chips over another section of the yogurt.
* Step 8
Sprinkle nuts onto some of the chocolate, and use rainbow sprinkles on the last empty section.
* Step 9
Place into the freezer for at least three hours, or until firm.
* Step 10
Remove from the freezer, and cut or break into chunks of desired size. Store in a sealed container in the freezer.
These tend to soften pretty quickly, so eat them as soon as you take them out of the freezer! 😋
* Step 11
