Spicy pickled radishes #mycookbook
These are very quick and easy to make, and delicious with cheese or cold meat.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put all ingredients except the radishes into a pan with 50ml water. Bring to the boil, simmer one minute then set aside to cool.
* Step 2
Prepare radishes - wash and trim them, then cut in half (or into three if they are the long variety.)
* Step 3
Put the radishes in a jar, then pour over the spiced liquid (when it is completely cold.) Cover and leave overnight before eating.
