Green Veggie Sambal rice

#myrengdangisntcrispy This green vegetable sambal was made with lots of veggies and the delicious Sambal Paste from ‘That Rengdang Lady’ - so amazingly tasty!

Ingredient

1 handful

spring onions

1 handful

green beans

1 handful

bean sprouts

1 handful

peas

1 tablespoon

cooking oil

1 teaspoon

sesame oil

1 tablespoon

soy sauce

1 tablespoon

ketjap manis

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Steam the veg for a couple of minutes. Heat the cooking oil on high and when it’s hot add the cold rice.

* Step 2

Fry the rice for a few minutes and add the veg

* Step 3

Add the sambal paste and stir through. Add the sesame seed oil, soy sauce and ketjap manis. when it’s piping hot, it’s ready. I served with a little extra sambal paste as it’s so delicious!
