Fragrant Basa in a bag

Spicy and fragrant meal that’s supper easy to cook in the oven.

Ingredient

1 tsp

soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200c

* Step 2

To make the sauce Chop the garlic, ginger and 1/2 chilli. Mix with other sauce ingredients and a touch of hot water

Cut the stem off the pak Choi and then place in a paper or tinfoil ‘basket’ on a baking tray

* Step 4

Add edamame and half the sliced chilli. The top with the basa fillet and season. Tightly wrapped the foil and steam in the oven for 20mins

* Step 5

Meanwhile cook some rice

* Step 6

When the fish is cooked it will start to flake

Remove the fish and mix in some sauce to the vegetables

Serve with rice and drizzle with the extra sauce
