BBQ Za’atar chicken feast 🇱🇧
I found loads of Lebanese ingredients in my local green grocer. So I decided to bbq a Lebanese inspired feast. Thanks to @CookLebanese for the tips on the labneh dip
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Light the bbq and wait for the coals to turn white
* Step 4
Season the chicken thighs with Za’atar and olive oil
* Step 5
Grill on the bbq at a high heat
* Step 6
Meanwhile make the dip by crushing garlic with salt in a pestle and mortar. Chop the mint leaves. Mix together with labneh and olive oil. (I’ll take a pic next time)
* Step 7
Once the meat and veg is almost ready toast the flatbreads
* Step 8
Slice the meat and vegetables and serve with the flatbread and dip in the middle of the table for all to enjoy
