Vegan skillet bread

Easy peasy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add yeast and water together

* Step 2

Add one cup flour and salt and combine well

* Step 3

Add rest of flour one cup at a time

* Step 4

Once combined cover with a damp cloth to rise for an hour

* Step 5

Take dough out and add to lightly oiled skillet

* Step 6

Leave to rise another 30 mins covered

* Step 7

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.

* Step 8

Drizzle olive oil, salt and rosemary over top of the bread

* Step 9

Slash top with a knife in an X

* Step 10

Bake for 35-40 mins
